The team at MPR are led by founder, owner and operator Tony Moore. Tony has over 30 years’ experience working with mining machinery and opened MPR to deliver a professional repair and servicing facility to the industry. We have grown rapidly from 1 person to a team of 21 employees consisting of mechanical and electrical tradesmen and apprentices.
We perform repairs and services on site, or in our workshop, all to the same high standard using top quality tools and equipment. Our workshop is equipped with specialist tooling such as pressing equipment, Hytorc tooling and engine repair tooling. We ensure that all our staff performing repairs remain up to date with the latest training and techniques. Many of our team members have licenses in forklifts, crane and dogging.
MPR also provide a range of components at our component rebuild centre. We rebuild these off old machines and sell them or utilize them in our jobs. MPR has a parts store, in which we stock of a range of parts new and second hand located in our components workshop. Our stocked parts are mainly genuine CAT parts, we utilize these stocked parts in our current jobs and also sell these to anyone chasing a part.
